Urban development project in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City
We are collaborating with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. on the development of one part of a 271-hectare township development in District 9 of Ho Chi Minh City, approximately 20km from the center of the city. This overall project is being spearheaded by Vinhomes, the largest real estate developer in Vietnam. The project aims to create a new town with a residential population of 200,000 people by expanding urban functions such as offices, housing, sports facilities, commercial facilities, schools, hospitals, and parks.
